1. How can I pay for my parts? We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, COD, PAYPAL and DISCOVER credit cards over our SECURE online order site.
PAY PAL and COD is the only other form of payment we accept.
Stock Alternate is shown when the specific part number and manufacture/brand is currently out of stock but an alternative manufacture/brand may be available. Please note Web Auto Part will do everything possible to keep the price the same but price may vary.
4. Do you price match? Yes, Web Auto Part will price match or beat any local competitor's (stores located in the same market of Web Auto Part's local delivery area) price. The part(s) in question need to be identical brand and part number. The part(s) need to be in stock or available same day. Price match does not apply and excludes on-line only retail competitors, third-party marketplace sellers, auction sites or closeout/discount sites (local competitors must have physical storefront).
Most parts carry a 1 year Unlimited Mileage warranty against manufacturer defect. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ARE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!
If you order the wrong part, it will be your obligation to call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization # to return/exchange the part. There is a 15% restocking fee, plus you are responsible for any return shipping or delivery costs if any.
There will be no additional delivery fee if returned item(s) are scheduled for pickup on any future local delivery that meets Local Delivery Requirements. In order to qualify for no delivery fee on return(s), you must obtain a Return Authorization # and advise Web Auto Part of when a future order will be placed in order for us to arrange for return pickup at time of delivery.
